Transfer Your Technical College Certification

Turn your hard work into college credits at Utah Tech University. Students who complete eligible certificates from one of Utah’s technical colleges can receive up to 30 elective credits toward an associate or bachelor’s degree at Utah Tech. That means you can save time, reduce costs, and keep moving toward your goals.

Credit Conversion

Students may receive elective credit for their completed certificate as outlined in the details below at a one-to-one ratio, up to the 30-elective credit maximum. Some programs may also have direct one-to-one course equivalencies (e.g. XX1010 at the technical college is equivalent to XX1110 at Utah Tech). Elective credits and course equivalencies may be combined up to the 30-credit maximum.
